For each design, Jenesys produces a package of prefabricated components. These are shipped to site for assembly.
Some components are produced by specialty manufacturers working to our designs and specifications. Other components are produced or customized by Jenesys.
The shell package includes the components necessary to complete the exterior shell of the house: walls, roof and floor elements, windows, doors, cladding, etc.
The flatpak components for a typical house shell can be shipped in two to three truckloads, depending on house size.
Production methods minimize waste in the factory and practically eliminate on-site waste.
Jenesys buildings can be assembled in much less time than it takes to complete comparable conventional buildings.
The foundations are prepared on site by the builder prior to delivery of the shell. Following assembly of the building shell, services and interior finishes are completed by the builder using conventional construction.
